Production & Processing Time: Because we prioritize quality and precision, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Tracking: The moment your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the courier's system to update with live tracking details.
