Our Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel. If your items aren't exactly what you hoped for, we gladly accept returns within 90 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in perfect, re-sellable condition. All original tags must still be attached and the item should be in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
While we are happy to offer free outgoing shipping, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Standard Return Label: We can provide a return label for a flat fee of €3.95 (or your local currency equivalent), which will simply be deducted from your final refund amount.

Self-Postage: Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own postage via a courier of your choice. If you choose this route, you are responsible for the package until it safely reaches our warehouse. We highly recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number in case the package is delayed or lost in transit.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously, but mistakes occasionally happen. If you receive a flawed or damaged t-shirt, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item, please notify our support team right away. We will cover all necessary return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Refund Processing
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 14 working days.
