Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Items must be in their original, resalable condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on outgoing orders. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Label: We can provide a return shipping label for a flat fee of €3.95, or the equivalent in your local currency. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Self-Arranged Shipping: You may also return your order using a courier of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will cover the necessary return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days after approval.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
